01.  Because It’s God’s commandment . “Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation.” ( Mark 16:15 )

02.  Because the church can’t stop its work . Life continues, the population increases each minute and sin flourishes. “And the world is under the control of the evil”. ( I John 5: 19 )

03.  Because through missions we can show our love for the sinner . “Love your neighbor as yourself”. ( Matthews 22:39 ). The best way to show love is giving the best we have, the salvation in Christ Jesus.

04.  Because missions gives us the opportunity to be God’s fellow workers . “For we are God’s fellow workers.” ( I Cor. 3:9 ). It’s a great privilege to work for God on this earth.

05.  Because assuming missions with seriousness we alleviate the missionary’s burden . Missions’ work isn’t easy. It’s hard for the church, for the missionary and his or her family to “Carry each other’s burdens and this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” ( Gál.6:2 )

06.  Because missions is a work for the one who leaves and for the ones who stays . The one who leaves does the work. The one who stays, supports the work. The one who leaves give his or her life. The one who stays gives his or her money, prayer and attention.

07.  Because the workers are few. “But the workers are few... Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” ( Mt. 9:37,38 ). We need to pray for those who have a call, support the ones with a vocation, help the seminars, present our youth in prayer before God.
