The skill and ability to pastor is a spiritual gift given by the Holy Spirit. ( Romans 12:6-8 )

The Pastor's mission is to serve others in many areas. He is to preach the Word of God and to teach Bible truth to help direct his flock's spiritual growth.
The Pastor will provide counseling to those who need further guidance and will visit people's homes, hospitals, prisons, orphanages, shelters, and schools.
